[He's smiling to himself, happy for each and every moment they can share together, with little care for the world around them. Having Childe's hand in his hair is relaxing and pulling only more pleased noises out of him. He can't help it, he enjoys when the other plays with his hair.

As Childe speaks, Aether suddenly pauses and blinks, his cheeks glowing bright with pink. It's strange how a simple compliment like this brings out the shy side in the traveler.]

I-I... [He takes a moment to gather his thoughts, before shifting a little. His face presses more to Childe's shoulder, while his hand pushes some of his own golden strands back.] I'm glad you're enjoying our time together... You're beautiful when you're relaxed like this. [His voice grows quieter, his hand trails down the other's chest, then down the stomach. His movement is slow, deliberate.] And you're cute when you blush. [He adds with a soft laugh.

Then he falls silent, just for a moment that feels so much longer than it actually is. And then Aether presses the softest, most tender kiss against Childe's shoulder as if it was a part of some sacred ceremony.]

I love you. [He whispers against the other's skin and every word is spoken right from the very depths of his heart.]
